THE SHIRTDEMIA ROSTER: MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document outlines the legally binding terms, fulfillment protocols, and limitations for The Shirtdemia Roster memberships. By subscribing to any tier, members agree to the following conditions. Shirtdemia reserves the right to modify these terms, revoke memberships for abuse, or alter point valuations with 30 days' written notice.

I. THE INITIATE MEMBER

1. Subscription Terms

  • Billing: Billed at $9.99 monthly or $69.99 annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours prior to the billing cycle.

  • Cancellations: Monthly members may cancel at any time. Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 48 hours of purchase or if any annual-exclusive physical perks (e.g., Gold Card) have been dispatched.

2. Benefit Fulfillment & Limitations

  • 10% Discount: Automatically applied at checkout while logged into the active member account. Cannot be stacked with other promotional codes.

  • Shipping Subsidy: 50% off shipping costs is capped at two (2) separate transactions per calendar month. Unused subsidized shipments do not roll over to the next month.

  • Birthday Perks: The $10 store credit is issued via email on the member's registered birthday and expires after 30 days. To prevent abuse, the account must be active for a minimum of 30 days prior to the birthday to receive the credit and the physical/digital gifts.

  • Physical Assets (Annual Only): The Custom Gold Logo Member Card and Anniversary Letter are processed and shipped within 6-8 weeks of the initial annual subscription or renewal date.

  • The Legacy Drop: Requires 24 months of continuous, uninterrupted Annual subscription. Lapses in payment void the continuous streak.

II. THE CURATOR MEMBERSHIP

1. Subscription Terms

  • Billing: Billed at $19.99 monthly or $149.99 annually. Auto-renewing.

  • Cancellations: Subject to the same cancellation policy as The Initiate tier.

2. Benefit Fulfillment & Limitations

  • 20% Discount: Automatically applied at checkout. Excludes the purchase of gift cards and third-party collaborations unless explicitly stated.

  • Shipping Subsidy: 75% off standard shipping costs, capped at four (4) separate transactions per calendar month. Non-transferable; does not roll over.

  • Worry-Free Returns (45 Days): Members have 45 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Shirtdemia covers the return shipping label.

  • In-House Tailoring (Annual Only): Custom alterations are available on any apparel purchase. Utilizing this perk adds an estimated 7–14 business days to the standard fulfillment timeline. Tailored items are strictly final sale and void the 45-day return policy.

  • The Pass-Along Gift (Annual Only): Members may select one (1) item up to a $60 MSRP value per calendar year to be shipped to a secondary address as a gift, free of charge.

  • Priority Support: Shirtdemia guarantees a human response within 48 business hours for emails sent from the registered member email address.

III. THE ICON MEMBERSHIP

1. Subscription Terms

  • Billing: Billed at $199.99 annually. No monthly option is available. Auto-renewing.

  • Capacity Limit: Shirtdemia reserves the right to cap the total number of active Icon Memberships globally to ensure fulfillment quality.

  • Anti-Reseller Clause (The Downsize): The 40% discount is strictly for personal use. Purchasing high volumes of inventory for third-party resale (flipping) is a violation of these terms. Shirtdemia's fraud-detection systems monitor Icon accounts; evidence of commercial reselling will result in immediate, non-refundable termination of the membership.

2. Benefit Fulfillment & Limitations

  • Unlimited Free Shipping: Applies to standard ground shipping across the US, Mexico, and Canada. Expedited or overnight shipping will be billed at standard rates.

  • Worry-Free Returns (90 Days): Items must remain in unworn, unwashed condition. Tailored or custom-designed items are entirely exempt from returns.

  • Annual Custom Design Request: The member may submit one (1) design concept per year. Shirtdemia's design team will execute the request, subject to two (2) revision rounds. Intellectual Property: Shirtdemia retains all commercial and intellectual property rights to the resulting design and may choose to release the design to the public Archive.

  • Custom Thread Selection: Adds 14–21 business days to fulfillment.

  • Live Chat Priority: Access to a dedicated, front-of-queue live chat channel during standard operating hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST).

IV. UNIVERSAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Archive Trade-In Program

  • Eligibility: Only authentic Shirtdemia apparel is eligible for trade-in. Items must be washed before mailing. Heavily soiled or biohazardous items will be discarded without point issuance.

  • Point Valuation: Points have zero cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. Points are redeemable exclusively at checkout for store credit.

    • Initiate: 10 points per item.

    • Curator: 40 points per item.

    • Icon: 60 points per item.

  • Logistics: The member is responsible for the cost of shipping trade-in items to the Shirtdemia fulfillment center unless a specific promotional return kit is issued.

2. Termination & Revocation Shirtdemia reserves the right to terminate any membership, without refund, for the following reasons:

  • Chargeback fraud or payment disputes.

  • Violations of the Anti-Reseller Clause.

  • Abusive language or behavior directed at Shirtdemia customer support staff.

3. Limitation of Liability Shirtdemia is not liable for delayed shipping times caused by international customs, localized carrier delays, or supply chain shortages affecting member perks or tailoring services. Physical perks (Member Cards, Birthday Gifts) lost in transit will be evaluated for replacement on a case-by-case basis.
